By using this website to make a purchase you are entering into a contract with keytohealth.co.uk and accept the following Terms and Conditions.


Contract

When you submit an order we will send you an email with your Order Reference Number and details of the items you have ordered. This email is only an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will only occur when we send you a further email as confirmation that we have dispatched your order.


Pricing & Availability

All goods and prices are subject to change. All prices are in Sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but do not include delivery charges.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on this website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

We aim to have all stock available for immediate dispatch; however in the event that any goods are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible by email.


Payment

Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card or Debit Card. Orders are processed securely online by NOCHEX.
2. Sterling Cheque made payable to Key To Health.

Please note that orders will not be dispatched until credit card payment has been authorised or cheque funds have cleared.

For credit card and debit card transactions, payment is taken at the time you place your order. We may make additional security checks to validate the transaction before formally accepting the order.

In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.


Delivery

Orders are only accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered either by postal or courier service depending on their size and value. With the exception of some low value orders, a signature will be required on delivery and you will be asked to sign for the goods being received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that time please sign for the parcel as 'unchecked'. Failure to do so may affect any claim that you make thereafter.

Please note that any delivery times stated are estimates. Delivery times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. Current delivery charges are detailed on our information page.

The goods are at your risk from the time you accept the delivery.


Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within seven working days of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by email, fax or by letter.

In addition to your cancellation rights, we offer a 'no quibble' guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase as long as it remains unused and in its original 'as-new' condition.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you must notify us within 7 days.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in otherwise 'as new and unopened' and complete with any included accessories. Our returns policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Before you return any goods to us, you must contact us to obtain a returns number by sending an email to returns@keytohealth.co.uk. You will be provided with a returns number (RMA) which must accompany the items being returned. Without this number, returns will not be accepted. We will inform you of the returns address at the time we issue you with this returns number.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return items by recorded and insured delivery as we accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We will inspect all returned goods and refund the purchase price within 14 days of return. If you do not return the goods as required, we will deduct any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you or the cost of collection incurred by us.


General

This contract will be governed by English Law and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
