Satisfaction guarantee

We offer a "no quibble" guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase as long as it remains unused (Not opened) and in its original 'as-new' condition. We will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Faulty or defective goods

If an item is faulty it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in otherwise 'as new' condition and complete with any included accessories. Our returns policy does not cover faulty goods by accident, neglect or misuse.

Damaged goods

When accepting delivery of your order, please inspect your goods for any damage before signing. If you are unable to check the goods at the time of delivery, please sign for them as 'unchecked'. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you must notify us within 7 days.

Returns procedure

Before you return any goods to us, you must contact us to obtain a returns number by sending an email to returns@keytohealth.co.uk. You will be provided with a returns number (RMA) which must accompany the items being returned. Without this number, returns will not be accepted. We will provide you with further instructions including the returns address at the time we issue you with this returns number.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return items by insured delivery as we accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We will inspect all returned goods and refund the purchase price within 14 days of return. If you do not return the goods as required, we will deduct any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you or the cost of collection incurred by us.
